New iPhones Tipped in AppleTV Firmware

Firmware unveils new iPhones

Apple fans will scourer the planet looking for tips and details about new devices from Cupertino. One of the places that are combed with verve is firmware updates for Apple devices. The firmware for the AppleTV has unveiled three new Apple gadgets.

The current iPhone 4 is known by Apple as the iPhone 3,1. The firmware for the AppleTV device shows an iPhone 3,2 and 3,3. What exactly those devices may be is unknown. It’s easy enough to guess that we may be seeing the first mentions of the iPhone 4 for Verizon and T-Mobile from Apple.

There is also a third device in the firmware that is listed as unknownDevice. Who knows that that device may be, assuming it's not some sort of mistake in the firmware that was just overlooked.
