Chevrolet is talking its long talked about and anticipated Volt extended range electric vehicle on tour around the country to show off the car to people that may be interested in buying the car. The tour is called the Volt Unplugged tour and will let consumers get a test drive in the vehicle.

At each stop along the tour route, there will be Chevy engineers, designers and other Chevy people that participate in activities. The stops on the tour include Seattle, San Francisco, LA, San Antonio, Houston, Miami, Orlando, DC, Raleigh, NYC, and Chicago.

The tour kicks off October 8 and 9 in Seattle and finishes on November 20 in Chicago. Chevy will be reaching out at the tour dates to community leaders, schools, and consumers to see what the Volt has to offer.
