Lucky Swedes.

There is no such thing as a free tablet. But, it may be possible to get one completely subsidized by a carrier, at least if you live in Sweden. Unwired View reports that Swedish carrier Telenor is now taking pre-orders for the Tab. It comes free with a 2-year contract.

The contract's value is roughly $55/month. The Tab will ship for Telenor customers in one to three weeks. Hopefully, this is just a sign of things to come in other countries. A "free-with-contract" deal would make the Tab WAY more attractive.
