Just €99 up-front.

It looks like the Germans will be joining the rest of us in jealousy over the Swedes and their free (w/subsidy) Galaxy Tabs. PhoneArena reports that O2 Germany will sell the Tab for €759.

That equals roughly $1047, but you'll be paying it in installments through O2's My Handy payment plan. All that's needed is a €99 deposit and 24 payments of €27.50. Honestly, that's a really nice way to handle carrier subsidy. You end up paying way more (over time) for a contract phone than you'd pay for just buying one unlocked. At least O2 is upfront about what is going on.
