The Sony Google TV sizes and prices leak before the official announcement next week.

Yesterday the Logitech Revue Google TV box got officially announced and is available now for pre-order at $299.99. The Sony Google TVs get their big unveiling on October 12th. SonyInsider though got their hands on some details including the model numbers and screen sizes of the upcoming Sony Google TVs. The Sony Google TV series is supposed to be comprised of the NSX-24GT1, NSX-32GT1, NSX-40GT1 and NSX-46GT1.

This means you can choose your Google TV in screen-sizes of 24, 32, 40 and 46 inches. Besides the sizes SonyInsider got some Sony Google TV pricing as well. The 32-inch NSX-32GT1 is supposed to sell for $1,299.99, the 40-inch NSX-40GT1 has a price-tag of $1,499.99 and the 46-inch NSX-46GT1 price is $1,899.99. The price of the small 24-inch NSX-24GT1 did not leak yet. These are pretty high-end prices. Update: SonyInsider says now that the prices are not valid and the real MSRP of the 46-inch NSX-46G1 is supposed to be a lot less with $1,399.

These only make sense if the TV itself is also offering high-end specifications. If not than it is better to just get a Logitech Revue Google TV box to make your TV a Google TV.

Yesterday we already got a glimpse of the Sony Google TV QWERTY remote on video.

The new Sony Google TVs are available for pre-order starting at a low $599.99.
