The Wall Street Journal published another Verizon iPhone related story today. Their continuous Verizon iPhone coverage seems to make the iPhone on Verizon more real. The iPhone will not be released this year though. Verizon may also still need more time to be able to offer the same iPhone experience AT&T is offering.

The Verizon CDMA network is currently not allowing users to use data while on a voice call. A feature that I actually like to use on my iPhone. The Wall Street Journal says that Verizon is working on providing this. The only other issue left is the limited international roaming. CDMA networks are just not that common.

Verizon is also rumored to release six 4G (LTE) phones at the CES 2011. If you have LTE coverage an Verizon CDMA iPhone may not be so hot after all.
