Another OEM votes for 7".

You can add ZTE's name to the list of manufacturers trying their hand at an Android tablet. The smartphone maker has just been spotted working on a slate with a 7" form-factor. Phandroid reports that the ZTE V9 has been spotted recently by the Chinitech news blog.

We know the V9 will have Android 2.1, a 3G radio and WiFi. It has rear-and-front mounted 3 MP cameras. Other than those snippets, the V9 is a mystery. It's been revealed for a Beijing launch so far, but pricing and other availability options remain unknown.
