3G models only.

What, you thought Verizon would be the only carrier to sell iPads in their stores? AT&T may be losing the exclusivity that characterized their prior relationship with Apple, but that doesn't mean the two companies aren't still 'tight'. AT&T will be selling the iPad in their retail outlets starting on October 28th.

All three WiFi + 3G models will be on sale in all 2,200 AT&T stores. Pre-paid data plans will be available without a term contract. Pricing will be at suggested MSRP. Interesting that Apple would split the sales of their WiFi and 3G models up by carrier. It makes a certain amount of sense, though...
