When Microsoft and AT&T launched Windows Phone 7 on Monday the AT&T boss de la Vega said that the Samsung Focus Windows Phone 7 is going on sale November 8 and the other two new WP7 devices weeks later. Best Buy Mobile is though now offering the AT&T HTC Surround Windows Phone 7 for pre-order with a shipping date of November 8. Best Buy has a national retail exclusivity on the HTC Surround. So there you have it. You have the choice between two Windows Phone 7 phone at the U.S. sales launch.

Rather than sliding to reveal a QWERTY keyboard, the HTC Surround packs a gigantic Dolby Mobile and SRS surround sound speaker under the touchscreen.
