One more USB 3.0 drive joins the ranks.

Iomega has just launched a USB 3.0 external solid state drive. They come in three different size categories, all of which offer 256-bit hardware encryption. These host-powered, all-metal drives have the Iomega Protection Suite and a bunch of back-up and anti-virus protection software. These drives come in 64 GB, 128 GB and 256 GB sizes.

And they aren't cheap. You're looking at $229, $399 and $749-respectively. Sure, you could just wait a year or two until identical products cost a fraction of this. But hey, no one said the life of an early adopter was all roses.
