Peek Offers Owners of Pronto and Classic Devices Free Upgrade

Old Peek owners get a free Peek 9

Last week users of older Peek Pronto and classic messaging devices found on Thursday that they could no longer connect to the messaging and email services the devices offered. Some of these folks had paid for connectivity for life or yearly and were undoubtedly not happy.

Peek has announced now that the carrier that provided the connectivity for those older devices has gown down permanently, meaning that those old devices will not be getting back online. That is bad news for the older device owners, but Peek is making good.

The company has announced that all owners of the older Peek devices will be offered a free upgrade to the Peek 9 device. The new Peek 9 messaging device still has connectivity without any issues. All owners of older devices should have received an email about the upgrade offer and those who didn’t can email care@getpeek.com for details.
