Looking for a color e-reader experience? Barnes & Noble has just made the new color Nook official. This device packs a 7" color touchscreen and built-in WiFi. That screen displays at 1024 x 600 and is backlit for comfort.

The new Nook launches with 8 GB, and can be expanded up to 32 GB by the aid of a microSD card. The battery gives 8 hours of use with wireless off, and takes around 3 hours to charge from a wall outlet. It has a microUSB port and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. You can buy one now for $249. It ships November 19th.
