Dell set to launch tablets

There is no real meat to the words Dell CEO Michael Dell has uttered at a Hong Kong conference, but the words are interesting nonetheless. Apparently Michael Dell said that his company would be getting into the tablet market in a big way in 2011.

That is really no surprise; the iPad has blazed the trail all computer markets are eager to follow. Dell also talked a bit about development on the Windows Phone 7 platform.

Apparently Dell thinks developing on Windows Phone 7 is easier than developing on Android. You have to take that with a grain of salt though considering the tight relationship between Dell and Microsoft.
