The Amazon Wireless Store has been taking pre-orders for the T-Mobile HTC HD7 Windows Phone 7 for about 10 days. Amazon Wireless will ship the HTC HD7 on November 8th, the official sales launch day for Windows Phone 7 in the US. With a new T-Mobile contract the HTC HD7 is only $169.99. Until November 1st you get free T-Mobile activation, which was a $35 value. The HTC HD7 is already in the top 10 bestselling phones on the Amazon Store, but now it is back-ordered. The Wirefly HTC HD7 pre-order offer at $149.99 is still available and the online phone retailer still states Nov. 8th as the shipping date.
There is tremendous interest in Windows Phone 7 and I expect to see long lines in front of AT&T and T-Mobile stores on Monday. According to Phone Scoop AT&T will not offer pre-orders on WP7 phones. They go on sale in stores and online on Monday.
