MacBook Air Display Issues Are Already Fixed In OS X 10.6.5

Soon after the launch of the new MacBook Air reports of display problems appeared. The screen would flicker and fade after waking it from sleep mode. This was of course concerning for new would be MacBook Air customers. MacRumors reports now that the already released OS X 10.6.5 is fixing this issue. There is a new support document available on Apple that stats this.

OS X 10.6.5 got released by Apple on Nov. 11. Why Apple has waited a week to inform MacBook Air owners of the fix is not clear.

The MacBook Air has been received by the tech world with raving reviews and it will be for sure one of the most gifted Macs this holiday season.
