We don't have very much information on this one. Akihabara News reports that Gizmodo Brazil managed to nab an snapshot of this unknown Motorola Android phone. From the photo, we can tell that this smartphone has a white bezel. It has no keyboard. The device was marked as an "Engineering Model, Not for Sale".

The MotoBlur logo is emblazoned on the bezel, which means this device runs the MotoBlur UI. We can see the game Assassin's Creed pre-installed on it, and Giz Brazil also states that FIFA 10 was also installed on the mobile. That's all we know for now. Hopefully more detailed information will be leak out presently.
