Black Friday Deals Tracker is Live

The Verizon iPhone is supposed to be announced tomorrow by Verizon Wireless in New York. The Wall Street Journal reports today that Verizon is offering unlimited data plans to Verizon iPhone costumers according to a person familiar with the matter.

AT&T has stopped offering unlimited data plans last summer. For most users this is not a problem. "Unlimited" sounds though great as marketing message. Verizon could use this as additional punch against AT&T in commercials promoting the Verizon iPhone.

Although the anticipation for the iPhone on Verizon is huge, it might take some pushing to jump on one now as a new iPhone 5 is expected in 3-4 months. The Verizon iPhone is expected to be an iPhone 4 with the only difference of having a CDMA chip.
