It's true; Nokia has not been quick to adjust to the wild changes within the smartphone industry. Right now Apple is eating them alive and, as cool as the N900 is, it hasn't been enough to reverse their losses. Even with their current troubles, you'd be a fool to count Nokia out. They wouldn't be the kings of the hill if they weren't good at their jobs.

Boy Genius reports that Tom's Guide, a French tech site, has revealed some info on upcoming Nokia handsets. There will be the C5-10, a QWERTY handset designed to compete with the BlackBerry. The next flagship device for Nokia will be the N8-00, which will pack a capacitive multitouch screen with 720p video capture and a 12 MP camera.

The N8-00 will run on Symbian^3 and is expected to launch this Summer. It sounds like Nokia may be tailoring this device's launch to compete with the new iPhone. These rumors are unconfirmed and, even if they are true, we aren't likely to see anything from Nokia at the MWC. An unidentified source with the MWC claims that the company will not be unveiling anything new at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
