You Can Get an iPad Way Cheaper Than $399

Crazy eBay Deals are Coming.

Tomorrow will see the launch of the iPad 2. It will also see prices for the original iPad take a $100 dive. $399 is an enticing price- but don't pay it until you've considered your other options. Right this minute, iPad owners all over the world are deciding an upgrade really is worth it. And they're taking to eBay to sell their old tablets.

A 16 GB WiFi iPad sold for $335 just a few minutes ago. Here's a 32 GB iPad 2 with a case and photo kit at $402 currently. There's a $520 buy-out. Right now, the eBay page for "iPad" is filled with some fairly ridiculous deals.

There are 32 GB and 64 GB iPads selling at sharp discounts (in the $500s) bundled with all manner of cases and Bluetooth keyboards. 16 GB WiFi iPads seem to be clustering around the low $300s, although some volume sellers are offering at $399.

For the absolute best prices, you'll want to wait until Apple officially slashes the iPad's price. The glut of available iPads and the sudden price slash ought to drive prices down even further. Tomorrow will be a good day for bargain hunting.

As always, carefully read the posting before committing and make sure to read through the seller's feedback. For extra security, stick to Top-Rated Sellers. Happy bargain-sniping.
