iOS 4.3.5 released, Apple wants you to Update Again

New iOS 4.3.5 update just got released with yet another security fix.

A week ago Apple released iOS 4.3.4 to address a security issue in the pdf loader that allowed for easy browser based jailbreaking. Today, Apple issued yet another security fix with iOS 4.3.5. Apple has a policy not to go into details of security fixes. The release notes just say:

iOS 4.3.5 Software Update: Fixes a security vulnerability with certificate validation.

If you are not a jailbreaker it is of course recommendable to update yet again. These security flaws can be used for more evil things that just jailbreaking.

The update we are all waiting for is of course iOS 5. This update will bring us the iCloud and many other cool new features for the iPhone and the iPad. The release of iOS 5 is expected for September along with the iPhone 5.
