Apple released on the weekend iOS 5 beta 5. The release brings tons of fixes as this leaked iOS 5 beta 5 change log on BGR details. For non-developers this does not mean much. More interesting is that the next iOS 5 Beta (Beta 6) is already expected to hit next week on August 17 according to 9to5Mac. That means the release schedule is getting faster and we can have hope that Apple is ready with iOS 5 in September. Over the weekend the long time rumored Nuance powererd voice-to-text functionality was spotted in iOS 5.

The release of the iPhone 5 is depended on iOS 5. If Apple hits a major issue or does not get iOS 5 and the iCloud stable te release of the iPhone 5 will be delayed. The Apple rumor mill is still back and forth on the iPhone 5 launch time frame. The most recent rumors say that the iPhone 5 comes in October. Earlier rumors had September marked as the iPhone 5 launch month.
