iPhone 5 demand to Top iPhone 4 according to new Survey

Don't Miss: This How to find Fingerlings in Stock

This is no surprise after Apple fans are already waiting more than a year for a new iPhone.

I do not need a survey to predict crazy demand for the iPhone 5 around the world. For starters there are now many more carriers offering the iPhone than there have been at the iPhone 4 launch over a year ago. On top of that Apple is going to launch the iCloud and has already managed to create a ton of buzz for it. Apple fans have to wait already longer than usual for a new iPhone with Apple changing the release pace because of the iCloud launch.

In any case to confirm the iPhone 5 will be the biggest iPhone launch the world has ever seen, RBC/ChangeWave survey 2,200 consumers last month. The result is that 31% are likely buying the iPhone 5. This is 6% more than the survey result for the iPhone 4.

The iPhone 5, whatever it will be, is supposed to go on sale by mid-October. We are still waiting for Apple to announce a media event for the iPhone 5 unveiling. If the October sales launch of the iPhone 5 is supposed to hold true, the event needs to come in the next 2-3 weeks.
