Microsoft announced a new Xbox 360 console that replaces the Xbox 360 Arcade. The new Xbox 360 4GB features the same revamped design of the new 250GB Xbox 360.
The new Xbox 360 4G console features built-in Wi-Fi and is ready for Kinect. If you are not much into storing media files on the Xbox 360 then the new low-end Xbox 360 console is the way to go.

The Xbox 360 4GB sells for $199.99 and will start to ship on August 3rd from Amazon.

Microsoft is also offering a Kinect bundle that includes the Xbox 360 4GB and the Kinect Sensor for $299.99. You can pre-order the Xbox 360 4GB with Kinect from Amazon, but you have to wait until November 4th for delivery.

In the UK the Xbox 360 4GB is shipping on August 20th. You can pre-order the new Xbox 360 for £149.98 on Amazon UK.
The Xbox 360 with Kinect sells in the UK for £249.97, but has no shipping date yet.
