Big 3D screens on show

LG has a new line of Smart HDTVs that it is showing off at CES that have 3D support as well. The coolest of them is the pictured OLED TV with its thin profile. LG has more than that offering on the show floor including one 84-inch 3D Ultra definition TV and a lot more.

The LG range of 3D smart TVs are available between that 55-inch and 84-inch size. The company is showing off a Cinema 3D zone at the show and are giving out the latest 3D glasses with curved lenses. The same glasses work on LG 3D TVs, monitors, notebooks, and projectors.

The booth also has demos of the 3D monitors for attaching to the Xbox for gaming. The cool screen allows the user to see different images from different angles. The 3D and Smart TV revolution is just beginning and LG is committed to convincing consumers the world over that these technologies are the future, not just a fad,” said Havis Kwon, President and CEO of LG Electronics Home Entertainment Company. “We will once again showcase the excellence of CINEMA 3D, which has become the global standard for 3D. CES also presents a meaningful opportunity for us, as our CINEMA 3D Smart TVs strive to achieve the global No. 1 market share.”
