Google Tablet Rumors repeated by WSJ

Don't Miss: This How to find Fingerlings in Stock

The Wall Street Journal picks up a supply chain rumor from earlier this month that Google Tablets are coming in 2012.

Google is going to sell Google branded tablets to somehow try to compete with the iPad and the Kindle Fire. As reported back on March 9, Google and Asus are supposed to have partnered to bring a Google co-branded tablet - aka Nexus Tablet. Today the Wall Street Journal repeats that rumor and adds that Google plans to sell the Google Tablet in an online store.

Besides that, there is nothing new. The WSJ article does not even speculate on the Google Tablet features. Our first report said that the Google Tablet will be a 7-inch device competing with the Kindle Fire.
