No more free hot fixes

Tomorrow marks the end of mainstream support for Windows Vista. That means that moving forward only security updates will be offered for free. Any issue with Windows Vista that requires a hot fix or other sort of update will only be available to those who pay for updates.

Windows Vista will be an extended support until 2017, another five years for people who aren't ready to move to Windows 7. I'm betting almost everyone still sitting on Vista wait until Windows 8 comes out before they even consider updating.
