GameStop Announces First-Ever Consumer EXPO at Annual Conference.

GameStop, the world’s largest multichannel retailer of video games, is lifting the curtain on its annual conference that, until now, has been open only to GameStop employees. GameStop PowerUp Rewards members are invited to experience more than 200,000 square feet of video gaming at the first-ever GameStop EXPO 2012 in San Antonio, Texas.

Attendees will have the opportunity to experience the hottest new video games months before they're released, enter to win great prizes and meet with top video game publishers and special guests. In addition to general EXPO admission, GameStop is offering a limited number of VIP admissions that include up to four in-depth sessions with some of the biggest names in gaming, access to VIP-only lines and entrance to the VIP gaming lounge. General admission is $35 and VIP admission is $100. Both are payable with PowerUp Rewards points or credit card.

The GameStop EXPO 2012 will take place on Aug. 29, 2012 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas. For complete details and to register, visit this site.
