New version of Sony Humaniod Robot SDR-4X

Sony announced an upgrade to the 2 years ago announced SDR-3X humanoid robot. (I4U Posting on 11/24/2000).
The SDR-4X has improved vision and can carry on simple conversations with its 60,000-word vocabulary, recognize color, dodge obstacles in its path and even sing. It will go on sale later this year. The price will be that of a luxury car. See the streaming video in the sony press-release below.
