Fujifilm FinePix F700 (MSRP: $599, spring) is the first consumer 6.2 megapixel digital camera that has the new Super CCD SR (Super Dynamic Range) technology. Capturing pictures with quality approaching that of film, with 2,832 x 2,128 (6.03 million) recorded pixels.

The FinePix F700 offers on-demand continuous auto-focus, three color modes, manual functions, advanced movie recording capabilities, diminished shutter lag, a 3x optical 2.2x digital zoom and a 1.8 inch LCD screen. The new digital camera uses the new xD Picture Card, allows 30 second voice annotations (.wav) and the movie AVI recording modes with sound are: 640X480 (13 seconds) 320/240 (26 seconds).
