In an interview with Reuters, Tivo CEO Ramsey says his bet is it is going to be 'lights out' at ReplayTV.

"My bet is that its going to be 'lights out'," at ReplayTV, he said. "(I wonder) Who would buy a business that has a massive litigation, is massively cash negative, and only 100,000 subscribers."

Asked if Tivo would take part in the auction of ReplayTV, which is expected to take place on April 15, Ramsay said: "It's an auction, so who knows -- we will all go and do our thing. But at the end of the day I'd be surprised if ReplayTV is an ongoing concern." Full Reuters Article on Yahoo
