NTT DoCoMo announces new NEC N251iS camera phone.

The N251iS (Raw Translated N251iS Product Page) features a 110,000 pixel CMOS camera in the back. The main display is a TFT color liquid crystal with a size of 1.9 inches and it can display 65,536 color displays. The back display is STN color liquid crystal which can display 4,096 colors.
The Phone is equipped with a simple flash which also can be used as a key light - COOL!
The camera phone features a one click 4 frame animation capture. This little movie can be looped on the small outside display.

The size is 92x48x22mm, and the weight is 99g. Standby time is about 500 hours, and the continuous call time is about 140 minutes.

Phone only available in Japan. Its the follow-up model of the N251i released last year.
