Will the next iPhone be named the iPhone HD? Probably not. It's an awful name and doesn't all fit with the scheme Apple has followed thus far. Then again, the iPad sounded like a pretty terrible name back when it first broke out as a rumor. Steve Jobs can make pretty much anything sound good.
Unwired view has posted up a graphic (see above) that lists the analyst-estimated odds of various 'iPhone HD' features. At the top of their list; a big OLED screen, dual-core processor, and 5 MP camera. A touch-sensitive body and front-facing camera are also considered quite likely.
Personally, I'm still doubtful of a front-facing camera. If Apple decides there is a market for one, I'm sure they'll be able to create it. If any of the major carriers prove ready for video chat, I'll be very surprised.
