The new iPhone 4G (4th Generation) that we should see launch in June is rumored to adopt a Super OLED Display. Digitimes is spreading a rumor today that Apple also plans to adopt OLED for the next generation iPad.
In the same report Digitimes' analyst is questioning the truth of this rumor as a 9.7-inch OLED screen have currently a cost of around $500.

OLED displays in that size would need to fall considerably in price before Apple would use them in the iPad.
