NE Asia has the story about Fuji's new super CCD camera phone module.

The component, which deploys a Super CCD Honeycomb imager with 1 million pixels (on an effective basis) and a recordable 2 million pixels (1,632 x 1,224).
The 1/3.8-inch Super CCD Honeycom imager uses the progressive scan method so that it can avoid camera shakes for moving objects without a lens shutter. The lenses consist of three lenses in three groups. The aperture range is F4.0, and a macro mode is available. Dimensions are 14mm x 12mm x 10mm. More Details
