Apple has just ordered a bunch of CDMA iPhones from Pegatron, according to a Digitimes report. The new device is entering production now, and total annual shipments are expected to reaxh 10 million units. These orders are expected to impact Pegatron's revenues starting in August or September.

Digitimes received their information from “sources from component makers”. While the idea of a Verizon iPhone already in production is quite exciting, it should be noted that Digitimes has been inaccurate in the past. Take this (exciting!) news with a grain of salt.
