Samsung introduces a new MP3 Mobile Phone on the Korean Market.

The Samsung Anycall SPH-V4300 is a clamshell phone that comes with the MP3 playback function, a 1.3-million-pixel digital camera, and 96-megabyte internal memory plus an external memory slot. The SPH-V4300's MP3 function supports digital rights management (DRM).

The Korea Times estimates that 150 new mobile phones will be introduced on the korean market. South Korea has 34 million mobile phone users.
Samsung plans to introduce 50 new mobile phones in 2004. LG Electronics plans to introduce some 40 new models in Korea. Samsung and LG Electronics plan to introduce in the second half of 2004 Mobile phones with up to 3 Mega Pixel Digital Camera.
