Yahoo just replaced Google as their web search engine with their own Inktomi based engine.

The change occurred at 9:30 p.m. PST Tuesday when Yahoo relaunched the search properties for its U.S.-based sites, including its Yahoo.com flagship home page.

Another new cool feature is the RSS Headline Feed for my yahoo, which is in beta now.
You can add for instance I4U Headlines to your my yahoo very easy. Yahoo also has the RSS feature nicely integrated into the search results. For instance if you search for Future Technology, it shows I4U as top result and in the result display it presents a link to add to my yahoo [beta]. So it basically knows if a site provides an RSS feed - Very nice!

I would say the games have begun to give Google a run for the money on being the best search engine out there.
