New Blue-Ray Panasonic DIGA DMR-E700BD DVD Recorder

The new Panasonic (Matsushita) DMR-E700BD is apparently the world's first DVD recorder that supports single-side, dual-layer Blu-ray Discs (BD) with a maximum capacity of 50 gigabytes.
The Blue-Ray DVD Recorder can record both digital high-definition and analog video.
The DMR-E700BD will go on sale end of July in Japan. No price set yet. More details in Matsushita Press-Release (japanese) and on JCN Network.
