Yesterday we reported that a spokesman for T-Mo had given the launch month for his carrier's first HSPA+ phone as September. Now we have confirmation of that fact. LightReading reports that a spokesman from Deutsche Telekom, the company that owns T-Mo, has also given the HSPA+ launch month as September.

The smartphone will be made by HTC and pack the Android OS. It is expected to have a functional connection of around 10 Mbit/second. The first phone launch will be followed by another in Q4.
