Motorola may have a 10" Android tablet in the offing. That's what Rodman and Krenshaw analyst Ashok Kumar had to say in a briefing to TheStreet.com. He's heard that the tablet will be hitting around November of 2010. It'll have a ten inch touchscreen display and is believed to run Android 3.0.

SlashGear notes that Moto has been looking into the possibility of launching a companion-style device, and a Motorola tablet was seen at CES 2010 back in January. This one was 7" and packed an NVIDIA chip.
