MobileMag reports about Panasonic's first UMTS mobile phone.
Panasonic showed their first UMTS prototype phone today at the PT/Expo Comm China 2004, the largest telecommunications event in Asia. The Panasonic Z800 features a 1.3 megapixel CCD outer camera equipped with advanced auto-focusing and a smaller 110K pixel inner camera for video communications. Movie or still shots can be sent to other users via MMS, or played on both the inner 2-inch 65K TFT LCD screen or the outer 56k Supertwisted Nematic (STN) LCD sub-display screen.
