Netflix announced that customers can now rent as many DVDs as they want for $17.99 per month (three out at a time).

Netfix increased the fees just this summer. Netflix has over 2 million members. Now amidst the new competition from Blockbuster and Walmart and potentially a rumored entry of Amazon into the DVD rental market, the leader finally reacts. It also looks like Netflix got rid of the other tiers. Now only Walmart offers 2 and 4 DVDs out at a time pricing plans. Walmart is also still underpricing everybody by a couple of cents.
