The 2005 IEEE Swarm Intelligence Symposium is starting tomorrow in Pasadena California.
One of the projects is the UltraSwarm research project led by Owen Holland.
The UltraSwarm project uses a flock of Proxflyer miniature helicopters. The flying robots are equipped with a Gumstix miniature Linux computer and a Bluetooth module. Each helicopter is also going to be carrying a miniature color camera when finished.
