Looks like Snapple did not use enough USB fans to keep their 35,000 pound strawberry kiwi ice popsicle frozen.

Snapple was attempting to beat the 10 ton weighing world's largest ice pop that was set in 1997 in the Netherlands. When Snapple tried to place it on Union Square in New York the giant Ice block was melting and kiwi-strawberry goo was flooding the streets, even causing injuries.
CNN has the story and a brief video of the funny scene.

I did not know Snapple is into the ice business. Maybe they should have worked with Häagen-Dazs on this project.
