Siemens Fujitsu offers the Lifebook P1510 convertible Tablet PC.

Apparently the Lifebook P1510 is the world’s lightest convertible at 1kg with a 8.9 inch display.
The Fujitsu Siemens Tablet PC features the Intel Centrino Mobile chip-set, Pentium M at 1.2Ghz and runs Windows XP Tablet PC Edition 2005. The P1510 also has Bluetooth and a Fingerprint sensor for secure access.
