Don't Miss: This How to find Fingerlings in Stock

We posted yesterday a story from Playfeed saying that the E3 2005 Xbox 360 faceplate does not fit on a production Xbox 360 console. Major Nelson reports that the faceplate fits and proves it with several photos of an Xbox 360 with the E3 2005 faceplate.
The faceplate actually looks quite well actually on the next generation Xbox 360.
Playfeed says now that they apparently did not test the faceplate on the final box. The story got a lot of attention. People just like to see Microsoft make a mistake. Anyway I am sorry to have published a wrong story. This can happen.
