Among other things, the German based Memory Solution brings along the USB stick Memdrive Premium edition, which is supposed to provide a data transfer rate of over 30 MByte/s in the read mode. The stick would almost exhaust the max transfer rate of the USB-2.0-Interface of approximately 35 MByte/s.

Presumably, the USB stick will be available in the sizes 4, 6 and 8 GB. Memory Solution plans to bring the Memdrive to the market in June. No prices are available yet. More details on the Heise article (German).
