Good thing Engadget was there and has published coverage part 1 and coverage part 2 of the event.

More photos of the DIY fair are on Flickr. Back when I was in my teens I tried to build electronic gadgets myself. I just was not really good at it. Now I prefer to buy or have companies send me their products for review.
