Update:
Official Belkin N1 Announcement

Gizmodo has published a photo of the unreleased Belkin N1 802.11n Router. It's design is pretty neat and release is supposed in June. I could not find any additional information about the Belkin N1. Belkin has Pre-N wireless equipment in the stores (great marketing).
For instance the Belkin F5D8230-4 Pre-N router sells for $91.98 at Amazon.com.

In general it is best to wait until the 802.11n standard is final. Only if you want to be the first on the block or have a small isolated simple network you could give 802.11n draft equipment.
