A Swiss DAP shop leaked information of unannounced Archos portable video players 404 and 604.
The new Archos 404, 504 and 604 models already leaked in a French print catalog in June. The Swiss shop K55 has specification details and photos of the new nice looking Archos PMP line.
The Archos 404 is supposed to have a 3.5 inch 4:3 screen, 30GB HDD and MP3, WMA, MPEG4-ASP, WMV file format support.
Measurements are 100 x 77 x 15mm and the weight is 190g.
The larger Archos 604 features a 4.3 inch display with 16:9 format. Measurements for the 604 are 130 x 78 x 16mm and the weight is 260g.
The new Archos players are supposed to ship in October. Archos did not announce the new players yet.

All new digital audio player introductions are having an issue right now. It is called Microsoft Zune. Until we know what Microsoft is really offering with Zune, I suggest waiting to buy any digital audio or video player.
